ONE OF ONE is a solo exhibition curated by and featuring the works of filmmaker, actor, comedian, and visual artist Tevin Scott. Through short films, bold visual art, and stand up comedy, ONE OF ONE crafts a compelling autobiographical story of resilience, identity exploration, and redemption, that follows the emerging creator on the spectrum who defied many odds to achieve excellence from Howard University to Hollywood, and now in his homelands of the Carolinas.

Tevin Scott is a multidisciplinary artist from Charleston, SC. A graduate of Howard University, Tevin honed his filmmaking skills in undergrad before moving to LA to pursue a career in film and television. He's served on the production staffs of BET’s The Quad, HBO’s Insecure, Netflix’s Raising Dion, and Netflix’s My Life With The Walter Boys.

Tevin is the creator of the award winning original HBCU series, THE MECCA, which was an official selection at the Charlotte Black Film Festival, The Baltimore International Black Film Festival, The Micheaux Film Festival (LA), and his self produced multi-hyphenate platform, TAFF: The Auteur Film Festival.

And these days I like to paint oil on canvas.

So I'm not sure if it connects better if I tell y'all my bio in first person, or write in third person and act like I have a PR team that drafted this for me... Okay, third person it is. Thanks team!
